If unable to see your family doctor in a timely manner, you are welcome to seek care at Northwood Medical Clinics. Your results will be sent to your family doctor for ongoing care.

Patients without Family Physicians

At Northwood, we provide care through teamwork. The Physician on duty today, will coordinate your care, however; our team also consists of Medical & Nursing Students, Medical Residents & Physician Assistants.

We do not refill prescriptions for narcotics.

We prefer you go to the same location where you received care, however, if need be, we can always retrieve information from the other clinic.

We allow our patients to register, leave, and come back without losing their spot in line.

Northwood Medical will be offering COVID-19 vaccinations. To book your appointment please click the button below. Booking your appointment is only available online.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic it is advised to reduce contact between people as suggested by medical associations and government. Our Azilda and Downtown locations will be closed for direct contact, but will be open for phone/video conference consultations. Our Four Corners and Lasalle clinics are open from 8-9pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9-4 (SAT/SUN)
