At Northwood Medical Clinics we are focused on delivering patient-centered, quality healthcare in a prompt, efficient and pleasant environment. Our physicians are leaders in the medical industry. Dedicated to improving the health of others, our physicians are committed to education, research, and health promotion. We are dedicated to providing cutting edge medical services while remaining respectful of cultural, linguistic, and spiritual diversity, and ensure thorough care by facilitating supports for those who need continuing care.
Striving for service excellence, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care for patients with or without a family physician. We cannot replace the invaluable work that a family physician can provide but we do hope our services will help bridge the gap.
If unable to see your family doctor in a timely manner, you are welcome to seek care at Northwood Medical Clinics. Your results will be sent to your family doctor for ongoing care.
We encourage patients to find a suitable family physician, and look at our clinics as playing a supportive role in your health care. For help finding a family physician visit Health Care Connect – a government initiative to help Ontarians find a family health care provider.
We do not refill prescriptions for narcotics.
We prefer you go to the same location where you received care, however, if need be, we can always retrieve information from the other clinic.
We allow our patients to register, leave, and come back without losing their spot in line.
Give us a call and we may be able to accommodate you.
Our physicians can help you with referrals to specialists, community care programs, and supports.
You must provide a valid Ontario Health Card to be seen by the doctor. A fee of $50.00 will be charged in the absence of one.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic it is advised to reduce contact between people as suggested by medical associations and government. Social distancing is very important at this time, and we strongly are suggesting to people to use our Virtual Clinic. Our Virtual Clinic will be open for phone/videoconference medical appointments. Please register using the phone number provided below. A clinician will follow up with you shortly.
