COVID Vaccinations

Northwood Medical will be offering COVID-19 vaccinations. To book your appointment please fill out the following form below. Booking your appointment is only available online.

Book Your Vaccination

Covid vaccination has shown to be effective thus far even with variant strains. It maybe less effective with variant types. We have seen reduced cases in populations where herd immunity has been achieved. In order to achieve herd immunity we require 80-85% of people to be vaccinated, this is especially important when we have ever changing viruses that are naturally mutating. Vaccines are not perfect, but viruses are deadly.

Northwood Medical clinics is offering COVID-19 vaccination with Moderna and Pfizer in partnership with public health. We are prioritizing patients in the 'at risk' category. However, we will vaccinate anyone who meets criteria. Public Health Sudbury and District is vaccinating all who meet eligibility criteria in their mass vaccination clinics.

Book Your Vaccination

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic it is advised to reduce contact between people as suggested by medical associations and government. Our Azilda and Downtown locations will be closed for direct contact, but will be open for phone/video conference consultations. Our Four Corners and Lasalle clinics are open from 8-9pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9-4 (SAT/SUN)

We kindly ask that you bring in your own face masks as PPE is limited.

Social distancing is very important at this time, and we strongly are suggesting to people to use our Virtual Clinic. Our Virtual Clinic will be open for phone/video conference medical appointments. Please register using the phone number provided below. A clinician will follow up with you shortly.
